Please gather the following documentation, as appropriate, to support your financing request. Let us know if any of the information is unavailable. It is more important to provide us this information quickly. We will prompt you for any missing information we feel is critical to support your request.

Property / Collateral Information

  • List of collateral
  • Purchase contract
  • Appraisal (if available)
  • Survey (if available)
  • Environmental Report (if available)
  • Hazard insurance policy
  • Operating Data for previous 2 years and current year-to-date
  • Rent roll
  • Property management agreement
  • Pictures (interior and exterior - at least 10)

Existing Business Information

  • Profit / Loss statement for previous 2 years and current year-to-date
  • Balance Sheet for previous 2 years and most recent
  • Projected cash flow statement for 3 years
  • Asset account statements for most recent 2 months
  • List of outstanding loans (including terms)
  • Tax returns for most recent 2 years
